Resumo

Esse trabalho é resultado de uma pesquisa de campo realizada por alunos do 1º período do curso de Pedagogia da Unidade do Estado do Amazonas, em uma escola estadual zona norte da cidade de Manauas, orientados pelo Prof. Doutor Mauro Gomes, Profa. Msc. Priscila Freire, Profa. Msc. Jane Lindoso. A finalidade dessa pesquisa é compreender como se dá o processo de ensino-aprendizagem nessa escola e qual o papel do professor nesse
processo como ele tem lidado com as diferenças inerentes de seus alunos.

This work is the result of a field research carried out by students of the 1st period of the Pedagogy course of the State of Amazonas, in a state school north of the city of Manauas, guided by Prof. Doctor Mauro Gomes, Profa. Msc. Priscila Freire, Profa. Msc. Jane Lindoso. The purpose of this research is to understand how the teaching-learning process occurs in this school and what the role of the teacher in this process is how it has dealt with the inherent differences of its students.
